I was wondering how you folks went about getting visitors to your websites? Do you buy traffic from places like Google AdWords or try getting organic traffic? What about link trades and exchanges? Have you or are you currently trading links with other site owners to boost your own traffic levels?

As for your question, I haven't seen any adverts for this in ages, so at the moment we'd be getting people that have been told about it by friends, or through a search engine.

Emi (game maker)  has a more popular version of this game called Space Odyssey.   Spaceo (as it's called) gets its traffic by trading adds with other games (I see adds on Astro Empires for example)  This one Sea-O doesn't have an add campaign, most of the people come from word of mouth via other people sharing the game OR from Spaceo the more popular game.

yea emi ignores this game spends all time on space o instead of making this one better and helping the few who play by campaigning and getting new members to play
